1. Bespoke Sourcing & Deposits
When we source custom furniture and cartographic decor specifically for your space, we're committing to unique manufacturing processes. For all bespoke items, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before orders are placed with our specialized artisans.
How can we guarantee your timeline? Only through mutual commitment to these procurement schedules.
2. Project Management Timelines
Meridian Interiors provides estimated project completion dates based on current lead times from our global suppliers. While we're experts at managing spatial planning logistics, we don't assume liability for delays caused by third-party shipping or material shortages.
Consultations
Initial spatial planning meetings require 48-hour cancellation notice.
Payments
Final balances are due within 14 days of project handover.
Intellectual Property
All cartographic concepts remain the property of Meridian Interiors.
Liability
Full insurance coverage is maintained for all on-site spatial planning work.
